7 & 8 MARCH 2024

This International Women’s Day, Lil Sis and Solotel will be celebrating its brightest female hospitality talent with two days of delicious food and wine. Curated by Ella Collins, Solotel’s Relationship Manager, the event will shine a light on our best female chefs, sommeliers and food and wine producers.

Chefs include Aoife Noonan, Head Pastry Chef at Aria and Naomi Xavier, Senior Sous Chef at Opera Bar. They will be creating unique dishes for the two-day event using ingredients from some of Australia’s leading female artisan producers including Alto Olive Oil, Holy Goat Cheese, Garlicious, Grassland Poultry, Allous chocolate and Singing Magpie figs.

Solotel’s sommelier team is led by Master of Wine, Annette Lacey and will include Zoe Brunton, Lil Sis; Georgie Davidson-Brown, Chiswick; Eva Santaguida, Chez Blue and Vikki LouPeng, Aria. The sommeliers will be on hand pouring female produced wines including Vignerons Schmolzer & Brown, Chalou Wine, Inkwell and Eminence.
